2 (4.25-ounce) cans; fancy pink crab meat
1 clove; garlic, chopped
8 ounces; cream cheese, softened
1 whole; egg
1 1/2 teaspoons; Old Bay seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
2/3 cup; Parmesan, shredded
1/4 cup; fresh chives, chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Coat four small ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together crab meat, garlic, cream cheese, egg, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, parmesan and chives. Stir until well mixed.
Spoon into ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet, and then transfer to preheated oven. Cook for 18-25 minutes, or until the top of the dip is a light golden brown.
Remove and serve immediately with crackers.
